You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bbp4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bbp4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact bbp4d support immediately at [email protected].
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds held within it to any third party. Any such transfer will render the account subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balance.

bbp4d supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian payment channels, including local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or chargeback abuse will be permanently closed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bbp4d reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to the account balance after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in and contacting support.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bbp4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum bet-per-spin or per-wager while a bonus is active are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

bbp4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion, including on the basis of historical account behavior, geographic location, or account risk classification. Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
All sports bets placed on the bbp4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the sportsbook section. bbp4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match manipulation, score correction, or result reversal. Settled bets will only be reopened in cases of clear and demonstrable error.

bbp4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bbp4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting bbp4d support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules. Bonus funds and associated winnings accrued through bonus play that have not satisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
